May 21, 2013 Posted by ADMIN

Clutter is a problem for many individuals and although it may be an issue throughout house, one of the rooms that tends to get more cluttered is the garage. Although garages were originally added to the home in order to store our automobiles and to give you a convenient place to do some work, without good garage organization, you are quickly going to find that you have no room to move at all. That is why it is important for you to organize the garage and there certainly are a number of organizational tools that are available to help you to do so. Here are some suggestions that can help you in clearing the floor of the garage or making a garage workbench storage space that will work for you.

One of the basic suggestions I would have is to consider many of the storage options that are available. These can either be pegboard storage for the garage or it can be cabinets that will line the walls. In either case, it helps you to keep things organized so that you’re not going to have as much of a difficulty with clutter. Don’t overlook the fact that you can also use the ceilings for many items, including hanging bicycles or fishing rods. It will help to keep those items from cluttering up the floor and it will also keep them safe, particularly if they are hung in an out-of-the-way area. So as you can see, organizing the garage is a relatively easy thing to do if you have the tools to do it. (Source: Good Garage Organization by Wallpeg Store)

Select multi-purpose items. This is the best friend in small spaces. An example would be a wall hanging wine rack. It is both decorative and functional. There are also coffee tables that also serves as storage space equal to the bed and in some places.
